In a frying pan, cook the mushrooms, previously washed and cut (⚠️yo I do them without oil, draining from time to time the water they release). Set aside.

In the same frying pan where we have done the mushrooms, put EVOO and fry the onion. Leaving a few mushrooms for the end, add the rest to the frying pan and then add the cream/vegetable drink. Stir to mix everything well.

Transfer to a blender and blend until you have a sauce (⚠️si is very thick and you can add more liquid -cream/vegetable drink-). Add salt and spices; ⚠️parmesano if you want too. Ready to add to pasta, rice... and enjoy!
