For the applesauce all we have to do is to cook half an apple with the cinnamon, then grind it and add the protein powder (in my case chocolate/10grams). If you don't have protein powder you can use oatmeal.

Add the applesauce on the bottom with the porridge (oatmeal, water and protein powder that we put to cook. To give more sweetness I prefer to add half a banana mashed with a fork). NOTE: for 1 ladle of oatmeal we put two ladles of water. About 10 minutes.

Finally, after adding the applesauce and porridge, add the sliced banana, oat yogurt (I used Alpro unsweetened) and raisins if you want it sweeter. READY!
