Cut the tuna into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the garlic powder, ginger, soy sauce and a little salt and place in the refrigerator.

Chop the spring onion very small and add it to the tuna. Also add some ground pepper and sesame seeds. Mix and set aside in the refrigerator.

While the tuna takes the flavors, we cut the avocado into small cubes, add a little salt and with the help of a mold we tie it in the base of the tartar.

Squeeze half a lime on top of the tuna and set aside. While the tuna is "cooking", chop the mango and put it in the next layer on top of the avocado.
