🍫INGREDIENTS FOR BROWNIE PART 60 g. almond cream or any other nut. I recommend hazelnuts or cashews (I used homemade cashew and hazelnut cream). 70 ml. agave syrup (in my case, I had nothing else and no time) or date paste (very creamy, about 150 g. but adjust to taste). 1 egg size M. 30 g. oat flour. 30 g. ground almonds. 25 g. cocoa powder (I put 5 g. alkaline black cocoa and 20 g. normal cocoa). teaspoon vanilla essence or vanilla paste. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (can be omitted). Pinch of salt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍪INGREDIENTS FOR THE COOKIE PART 60 g. almond cream or any dried fruit. 80 ml. agave syrup or date paste (same as in brownie). 1 size M egg. 100 g. oat flour 30 g. almond flour Tsp. vanilla essence Cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Chocolate chips to taste, I used white chocolate without sugar. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As easy as preparing each mixture separately and the mold go adding one of each until finished. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15/17 minutes or at 180° for 10 minutes in airfryers (I used a Lekué mold of 15 and mounted some mixture sticks on top of others).
