Wheat arepas with shredded chicken

First cook the chicken in water for at least 40 minutes over low heat. Then let it cool and shred.

While the chicken is cooking, make the arepa dough with flour, a pinch of salt, a spoonful of poultry and water, knead until homogeneous and let it rest.

Sauté the onion, garlic and peppers over low heat, then pass through the blender and return to the pan adding the soy sauce and mustard. Add the shredded chicken and mix the ingredients over low heat.

Meanwhile divide the dough into balls and flatten, not too much, put in the pan with a dash of oil over low heat, do slowly, I have covered it with the lid until it has been endowed and then the same on the other side.

Cut the roll, put the chicken in it and enjoy❤.
