Dice the salmon (it must have been previously frozen for at least 5 days) and then do the same with the avocado and tomato. Reserve both separately.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper. Shake vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Add the diced smoked salmon to the prepared dressing and mix well. Let it macerate for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.

With the help of a small plating ring, form each tartar as follows: cover the lower part of the ring with the tomato, then add the avocado and the upper part with the smoked salmon mixture from the previous point.

Garnish with dried coriander, chives, sesame, or whatever you like, and serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until ready to eat. And... Enjoy!
