Cut the two cod loins per portion and dry them well. Then place the cod loins in the slow cooker and cover them with extra virgin olive oil. Add a clove of garlic and a red hot red pepper. All that remains is to put the lid on and turn the slow cooker to position number two and cook for one hour. At the end of this time the cod is ready, similar to a Pill Pill cod.

In a frying pan, prepare some baking potatoes and when they are ready, place the cod loins on top of them, adding their own juice and a little parsley together with the garlic from the cooking process and the chili pepper.
