In a bowl, put all the ingredients and beat them together except for the ounce of chocolate, the blueberries and some of the peach pieces that will be used later for decoration.

In a frying pan over medium heat, we add our mixture and when we see that bubbles start to come out, we turn it over. Repeat the same step with the rest of the dough.

Serve our pancakes and add the leftover pieces of peach and blueberries. Melt the ounce of chocolate in the microwave (I put 50 seconds but it depends on the power of the microwave) making sure it does not burn.

Sprinkle the chocolate on top and that's it!
