Preparación de la receta
1
Place the uncooked couscous in a bowl/cup and mix with a teaspoon of olive oil. This step will prevent the couscous from sticking when cooking.
2
Place a pot with the same amount of water as couscous in the fire (in this case it will be 130 g of couscous and therefore, 130ml of water). The fire at the beginning should be at maximum, once the water is boiling, lower to medium temperature and add the couscous. The approximate cooking time is 10 minutes and should be stirred from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
3
While the couscous is cooking, cut the tomato, avocado and cucumber into small cubes and the mint into small pieces (it is preferable that it is fresh, but I did not have the option to select it in this way within the ingredients of the recipe).
4
On the other hand, we will squeeze the lime, the juice obtained will be added to the mixture at the end of the recipe.
5
Once the couscous is ready, drain and pour into a bowl. Add the tomato, cucumber, avocado, can of tuna (drained), mint and lime juice. As an optional ingredient you can add a teaspoon of cream cheese as I think it gives a fresh touch to the mixture and will make it juicier.
