The first step is to peel the almonds. To do this we put water in a saucepan and when it is boiling we add the almonds. Let them boil for about 5 minutes and strain them. When they are cold we will be able to remove the skins very easily.

Place the almonds in a well-spread tray and leave them for 1-2 days to dry completely (the longer you leave them, the crunchier they will be later).

Put a dash of EVOO in a frying pan over medium heat, add the almonds and stir until they are toasted.

Finally, add a little salt and it's the perfect snack! You can keep it in an airtight jar and eat it whenever you feel like it 😍.
