Gluten free bread: 300 gr rice flour, 120 gr corn starch, 40 gr fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 gr salt, 2 eggs, 20 cc sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon xanthan gum.

Preparación de la receta

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and the teaspoon of sugar. Let stand covered.

Beat the egg and oil very well.

Mix the solids (baking powder, xanthan gum, rice flour, corn starch).

To unite solids and liquids. Add the yeast. It has to be a smooth mixture so add water if it is too compact.

Bake in a preheated oven (180°) for 30-45 minutes. Or until pierced and the toothpick comes out clean.
