Put the water to cook and steam the cauliflower (in florets). When the cauliflower is soft when pricked, it is ready (it takes about 15-20 minutes).

To make the béchamel sauce, heat the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour (stirring for a few seconds). And finally, add the milk and spices to taste, and heat for approximately 7-10 minutes until it thickens.

Place the cooked cauliflower florets in a baking dish, add the béchamel sauce and a little grated cheese to taste. Heat in the oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
