Spaghetti with prawns in pil pil sauce.

We put the water to boil, when it starts to boil we add aove, salt and the spaghetti and we leave them for about 11 minutes, so that they are al dente.

We put oil in the frying pan, crush the garlic and let it rest over medium heat so that they release their smell.

Cut the cayenne into small pieces and add it together with the salt, dried parsley and paprika.

Add the prawns (I used frozen prawns, but if you have time to use them fresh, it is better) and let them cook well. Remove from the heat and add the fresh parsley and let it rest.

When the spaghetti is ready, strain it and pour it into the pan and turn the heat on high for a couple of minutes, while stirring all the ingredients and that's it!

P.S.: You can also add parmesan cheese, it gives it a nice touch; in Italy they always add parmesan to pasta with fish or seafood, but we are so used to it that everything tastes strange to us hahaha.
