Peel the ginger and cut into thick pieces.

Squeeze lemons and oranges

Add the juice along with the ginger pieces, water and turmeric to the blender container. Blend well for 30 seconds

Strain the mixture through a sieve and keep the liquid.

Add the chia seeds to the liquid and store in an airtight jar.

This recipe yields 300 ml of ginger shot, about 6 servings. Drink a shot (50ml) every morning after waking up.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
