Make a sauce by crushing the fennel with the oil, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180°.

Cut the sirloin into cubes. Put it in an oven tray with the roasted bell pepper and the sauce. Stir everything well.

Put the tray in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180° (making sure it does not burn).

In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges and place them on a tray with baking paper. Add oil, salt and pepper and stir well.

When the meat is ready, take it out. Turn the oven up to 200° and put the potato tray in the oven for about 40 minutes (or until the potato is soft).
