Cook the beans and peas with a little salt for 10 minutes.

Cover the bottom of a small frying pan with EVOO and add the spices and the chopped red bell pepper. Over medium heat and stirring it eventually leave it for 5 minutes.

Beat the eggs in another bowl and add the bell pepper.

When the beans and peas are ready, add a little EVOO to a larger frying pan and stir well.

Leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes and it is ready.
