Grind the chicken breast with the garlic powder and salt in a food processor. You can add the spices you like.

Add a good handful of Corn Flakes in a plastic bag, the freezer ones are appropriate. And crush with your hands or a rolling pin, we do not want to crush too much but to break the flakes a little.

Dip them in egg and coat them in Corn Flakes (no sugar added). Place the nuggets on a baking paper, if you want you can add a little oil.

Bake for about ten minutes at 250 degrees (7 minutes on each side), until it has a beautiful golden color. It depends on the oven. Serve with the sauce you like best. At home we serve them with guacamole, and we also serve them in salads.
