Gnocchi with tuna, cheese and tomatoes

We put the gnocchi to cook, for this recipe, I prefer to leave them longer than usual, about 7 minutes, so that they are soft and tasty.

In a separate pan while they are cooking, add olive oil, fried tomato and tuna previously drained, stir until it is homogeneous and in about 2 minutes add the grated cheese, I like the 4 cheeses because it is tastier thanks to the cheddar. Add spices to taste to the sauce, such as salt, parsley and black pepper.

When the gnocchi are ready, drain them a little and add them directly to the pan with the sauce.

Stir everything until the gnocchi are well soaked in the sauce and enjoy!
