Broccoli and tuna patties

Steam the broccoli until it is very soft (prick with a fork to check).

Add the broccoli to a bowl and mash it well with a fork. Add the eggs, tuna and salt and pepper to taste.

Optional step: toast the oatmeal with a little EVOO in a frying pan. This step can be omitted, I just do it because I really like the flavor of the oatmeal.

Mix the oat flour with the previous mixture and when it is well integrated, shape it into a hamburger. I roll them in transparent paper and put them in the freezer because they need to take consistency since they have so few ingredients. Besides, this way you have them in the freezer ready to use whenever you want.

Remove plastic wrap and cook over low heat (4/9) directly without defrosting in a frying pan with lid. Turn over when it is to our liking and brown on the other side (this way we make sure they do not fall apart).
