Cut the onion, bell pepper, cabbage and carrot into julienne strips, the leek into thin slices, the mushrooms into slices and the chicken into small cubes.

When the chicken starts to cook, add the mushrooms. Add some garlic and onion powder and let it cook. Once the chicken has browned, add a splash of soy sauce and mix.

In a pot, boil water and remove from heat. Add the noodles and wait until they are ready, about 3-4 minutes, depending on whether you want them al dente or softer.
