Sift the flour into a bowl and shape it into a volcano.

Pour the water into the crater while stirring with the rod.

Grease the container and put it in the oven with only the oil ONE MOMENT to heat it and prevent the dough from sticking. But be careful not to burn the oil. In the meantime, beat the mixture again. Take the bowl out of the oven AND pour the mixture carefully: it BURNS, THE OIL CAN JUMP OUT.

Bake for about 10 minutes in the lower part of the oven. Move to the upper part of the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
