Sift the flour into a bowl and shape it into a volcano.

Pour the water into the crater while stirring with the rod.

Cover and let stand at least 4 hours (in this case, stir every hour) and maximum 10 hours (in this refrigerator if it is hot).

Preheat the oven to 250ºC.

Add the salt and rosemary and mix well.

Pour the oil into the baking dish and from there transfer it to the mixture (with the remaining oil, enough to grease). Grease the container and put it in the oven with only the oil ONE MOMENT to heat it and prevent the dough from sticking. But be careful not to burn the oil. In the meantime, beat the mixture again. Take the bowl out of the oven AND pour the mixture carefully: it BURNS, THE OIL CAN JUMP OUT.

Bake for about 10 minutes in the lower part of the oven. Move to the upper part of the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
