Chop the garlic, cut the onion into julienne strips and the tomato into small cubes. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes and set aside.

Heat a saucepan, add the oil and then the garlic and onion. Sauté.

When the onion and garlic get color, add the peppers and tomato, sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the squid, season with salt and pepper and add the paprika. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the white wine, cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Add the potatoes, cover again and cook for about 12 minutes. When uncovered, check that the potatoes are well cooked and if so, remove from the heat.
