Egg white and oatmeal pancake

Mix the milk, egg whites, pure cocoa and ground oats in a shaker or blender.

Then in a frying pan put a little AOVE spray and pour the mixture over medium heat, (as if we were going to make an omelet). After a few minutes (2/3 min) we turn it over and make it on the other side.

Once it is done, remove it from the pan and put it on a plate. At that moment we take the chocolate ounce with the freshly made pancake and put it on top. After a few seconds, when we see that the ounce starts to melt, we spread it well over the pancake with our fingers and let it cool.

Once cooled, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that the chocolate hardens forming a thin layer on top.

The only thing left to do is to decorate it and put whatever each one prefers. In my case I put a banana, a quarter of a fuji apple, two chopped dates, some walnuts or almonds and sprinkle some Ceylon cinnamon on top to finish. Enjoy!
