Cook the rice as indicated by the manufacturer, before washing it well under the tap until the water runs clear.

Peel and cut the cucumber into julienne strips, the avocado into slices, and the salmon into small cubes. Put the cut salmon in a bowl and add a little oil and sesame seeds and stir. The nori seaweed we will use two sheets, cut the same size as the mold where we are going to assemble the cake.

Put a sheet of nori seaweed, another batch of rice and finish with a layer of salmon covering the entire surface. Let it cool in the refrigerator.
