Make date paste. I used 7-8 dates soaked in water.

Add the eggs, the olive oil and the Greek yogurt to the date paste and blend everything. Then add the rice flour with the yeast and blend until a homogeneous dough is formed.

Pour into a mold, and add the 85% chocolate and the pear, all to taste.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes. Pierce until the toothpick comes out clean and enjoy!
