Mix the flour, salt, yeast and yogurt in a bowl until the ingredients are integrated. If the dough is too dry, add more yogurt and if it is too wet, add some more flour.

Knead for two minutes and make small balls of the size you want.

With a rolling pin we knead the balls until we make pancakes of the shape and size we prefer.

Cook over medium heat on both sides, until we see that they are slightly toasted.
