We put the mambo mix spoon.

Add 140ml of water and 20ml of EVOO. We put it for 4 minutes at speed 3, set the temperature to 37 degrees and heat power 2.

Once finished, add the 8g of yeast and mix for 30 seconds at speed 3.

Then add the 250gr of whole wheat flour and the 8gr of salt, and mix for 2 minutes at speed 2.

Finally, in a bowl, pour a little oil and put the dough.

Let it rest for 1 hour. The resting time can vary, because if you want the dough to rise more you can leave it for 2 hours.
