First we prepare the dough, for it in a bowl add 400g of whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt and 50g of corn flour, this will make it very similar to the Telepizza. We put 250 mL of water in the microwave 30'' and we add the sachet of yeast so that it activates, we leave a few minutes.

Make a hole in the center and add the water and oil and mix well. Knead everything for 5' and let it rest for 1-2 h. With these measures it is enough for two medium pizzas.

Shape the dough and add the topping to taste. Note: add corn flour on the table when shaping the pizza, the dough will be "floury" like that of the Telepizza.

In my case I have made two, one with a base of fresh cheese, onion poached 15' over low heat, corn, chicken and goat cheese and semi cured cheese and this BRUTA AAA AL!

The other has a base of crushed tomato, tuna, corn and Piquillo peppers and parmesan cheese.
