Remove the cauliflower florets, trying to make them all approximately the same size, wash them well and dry them. Put them in a large bowl.

Mix the spices, oil and water until a spreadable texture is reached until fully integrated.

Pour the cream over the cauliflower and integrate well so that all are impregnated. Transfer the saplings to a baking tray with greaseproof paper or a baking dish, sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
