Peel and slice the onion and zucchini. Add it to the pan with a teaspoon of olive oil. Cover with a lid and let it cook little by little. Stir from time to time so that it does not burn or stick. Cook for as long as you like, depending on how hard or soft you like the zucchini.

For the hake. I defrost it in the refrigerator one or two days before, so that it thaws little by little. In a frying pan put a teaspoon of olive oil and add the hake, and cook it on the grill until it is done.

While the hake is cooking, in a small frying pan, I peel a couple of garlic, cut them into small pieces and add them to the pan. When they are a little browned I add the shrimp and cayenne and cook until they are done.

Once the hake and shrimp are cooked, I remove the cayenne and sprinkle it over the hake. I add some zucchini as garnish. And eat.
