Sauté the leek and carrot in the tablespoons of oil for a few minutes.

Add the potatoes to the sauté and mix well. Leave to sauté for three to four minutes.

Once sautéed, cover with water, without overdoing it so that the cream is creamy and not too liquid. Cook over medium heat until the potato and vegetables are tender.

Set aside, grind everything and, once served, sprinkle pepper on top. Enjoy!
