Mash the ripe banana with a fork, mine was rather large. Add 150 oat flakes, a few chocolate chips to taste, and 150 grams of whatever nut spread you have.

Mix everything well with a silicone spatula.

To cut the cookies depends on how you have left the dough ... you do like a gypsy arm, I helped me with plastic wrap and cut it with a knife. I left them plump.
