Mash the dates (or 15 dried figs) with the oats, coconut, vanilla essence and 4 tablespoons of water.

Line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper and add the resulting dough. Press it until it is compact and at least 1 cm high.

Add the peanut butter on top and finally the peanuts.

Place the mold in the freezer for at least 1 hour to be able to cut the portions.

Once cut into portions you can dip them in the chocolate (80g) that you have previously melted with water (to make it more liquid and make it easier to spread) in the microwave or in a saucepan (stirring so that it does not burn).

Leave the bars in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
