Cous cous cous with cooked pumpkin and egg

First we put in a saucepan the vegetable broth to boil. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat to 5/6 and pour the cous cous about 4/5 min, until it absorbs the broth and is well (if you want it more or less broth, you will have to add more or less broth, that's how you like it).

On the other hand we put water to boil. We cut the pumpkin into the size we want (I cut them small/medium so that they cook faster). I also put the egg in to cook it (I leave it for less than 10 minutes) so that it is a little bit done.

Remove the egg and prick the pumpkin until it is to our liking and ready.

Serve, decorate and devour ☺️
