Cut the onion, garlic and carrot into small squares and sauté with a little oil for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

Add a splash of white wine and leave it for 5 minutes more.

Add the curry and stir a few times so that it does not burn.

Then add the water, salt and yogurt. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Finally add the chickpeas and leave it 5 minutes more on the fire and ready. To assemble the dish with the rice.
