Preparación de la receta

1️⃣ Make a smoothie to your liking. I have made one with strawberries, dates and soy drink (it can be normal milk) and another one with pineapple.

2️⃣ Divide half in a saucepan and the other half in a glass.

3️⃣ Add 1 sachet of Agar-agar (2gr) to the glass while heating the rest in the saucepan.

4️⃣ Before it starts to boil, add the cold shake mixture with agar-agar.

5️⃣ Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

6️⃣ Pour into the molds of your choice (they can be silicone molds with shapes or ice molds, for example).

7️⃣ Allow to cool for about 1 hour.
