Toast the flour and almonds separately in the pan.

Pit the dates, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes and then make the paste.

Mix all the ingredients, knead well (it is better with your hands), wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

We make the shape of the polvorones and sprinkle a little bit of sesame on top.
