In a bowl, beat half a banana with the flour, egg whites, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and yeast.

In a frying pan over medium heat, add a little oil and add the mixture until bubbles start to appear, turn over and repeat the steps with the whole mixture.

With the other half of the banana, cut it into slices and place the slices between layers of pancakes.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave (making sure it doesn't burn) and add it to our pancakes. ready!
