Eggplant: Put an eggplant halved in the oven at 200°C 50'. When it is ready, take out the eggplant without breaking the skin and separate.

Avocado sauce: Take 70ml of water, a chopped garlic, some parsley and 80g of avocado. Whisk together.

Tuna: Drain the oil from the tuna and mix it with the eggplant and avocado sauce (it is also very tasty with minced meat).

Divide the mejunge between the two halves and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top.
