Cut the lemons so that they stand upright. Then cut the other end of the lemons to make the lid. Reserve the empty lemons in the freezer.

Empty the lemons and blend with the blender to make juice. Strain it with a strainer so that it is free of lumps.

Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff.

In a bowl, add the yogurt and lemon juice and stir well.

Incorporate the egg whites little by little making slow and enveloping movements.

Remove the lemons from the freezer and fill with the mixture.

Place in the freezer for approximately 2 hours (depending on the power of the freezer).
