Baked sea bass with leek sauce

We make two or three cuts in the back of the sea bass and insert the lemon slices 🍋 .

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Chop the garlic 🧄, leek and onion 🧅 very small. Add in a pan with a dash of olive oil 🫒 and sauté. Add the saffron and the flour and stir well to integrate.

Add the lemon juice 🍋 , white wine and water. Stir and let the alcohol evaporate for a few minutes. Set aside.

Peel and cut the potatoes 🥔 into slices and the onion 🧅 into julienne strips and add in a baking dish with a little salt and the bay leaf. Bake for 5/10 minutes.

After this time, remove from the oven and add the sea bass on the potato bed 🥔 and season with salt and pepper. Add the leek sauce that we have previously reserved and sprinkle with parsley.

Bake for 15/20 minutes and... DEVOUR!
