BASE: Put the flour, water and oil in a bowl. Mix, knead and shape the pizza base.

Spread the crushed tomato over the base. Slice the onion and spread evenly.

Drain the oil from the mackerel and anchovies. Add the mackerel first and then divide the anchovies.
