We prepare homemade oatmeal cookies. I made them with oats, almonds and dates. Granola type. Crush and mix with melted butter to form the base of the cake. And reserve in the refrigerator

We grate a lemon and a half. And squeeze the juice of two lemons. Put the gelatin sheets in cold water to soak.

Into the mold and into the refrigerator. At least 4-5 hours. I only had 3 hours, so I chilled it in the freezer and it was perfect.
