✅Prepare the béchamel sauce: I made it in the thermomix, but you can also make it by hand. I added, 600ml of whole milk, the flour, butter. Nutmeg, salt and pepper (add to taste). And I did it all together in the machine

Place the vegetables in a baking dish, spread well and add the béchamel sauce, then the grated cheese and gratin 5-6' depending on your oven. Ready! I hope you like it
