Add the spices. Optional: The original recipe has a little sugar, I didn't add any but if you want you can add a teaspoon of date paste.

Let the mixture cook for about 10-15 minutes until it begins to thicken.

Make some holes for the eggs and add them. Put the lid on and let them cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until they are ready (I like the yolk to be runny).

Add parsley leaves to decorate and EAT!
