Preheat the oven to 180º.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and integrate well (except the seeds and the egg). Knead for about 10 minutes. If the dough sticks too much to your fingers, add more flour until the dough can be shaped and is not sticky. The yogurt can be Greek, natural or soy yogurt.

From a large ball, cut in half and then in half again to obtain 4 small balls.

Knead again these 4 balls and finally put your index finger in the center to make a hole in the middle of the dough (optional) 🤓.

Brush the bagels with a beaten egg to make them more golden brown (optional).

Add sesame seeds, flax seeds or whatever you want (optional).

Bake 20-25 minutes at 180° ⏲.

I served them with avocado with cherry tomatoes and Serrano ham with brie cheese.
