Crush the tomato, chop the onion and mushrooms.

Place the potatoes, onion, crushed tomato and mushrooms on a baking sheet.

Season the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, wine and oil and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then place the chicken pieces in a special oven bag.

Place the potato tray on one level of the oven and the bag with the chicken pieces on another level and leave it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
