1. We are going to toast the slices of bread, preferably of the "pay茅s" type or sliced. 2. While the bread is toasting, we are going to make the guacamole 馃, adding a squeeze of lemon, oil, salt and pepper and mash well.

1. When the bread is toasted, place it on the plate and put the egg on it to grill it (we could poach it as a suggestion). 2. In my case I cut the ham at the same time I was making the toast.

With the bread already toasted, we rub tomato 馃崊, add a layer of guacamole 馃, put some slices of serrano ham and on top we put the egg. Finally add a little salt 馃, black pepper, EVOO and a little bit of sesame.
