WHOLE WHEAT BARBECUE PIZZA 📝INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH. 🔹400 g whole wheat flour 🔹1 sachet of baker's yeast 🔹2 tablespoons of AOVE (olive oil) 🔹1 teaspoon of salt 🔹250 ml water 🟢PREPARATION OF THE DOUGH 1. In a bowl put the flour with the sachet of yeast and stir to mix everything well. 2. Add the warm water and stir with the hand so that it mixes with the flour. 3. Add the salt and the oil, and continue mixing the ingredients until we have a manageable dough that does not stick. 4. Knead on the worktop for about 5 minutes and let it rest for about 20 minutes. 📝INGREDIENTS FOR THE BARBECUE SAUCE. 🔹220 gr of fried tomato with olive oil. 🔹33 gr date paste 🔹1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 🔹2 teaspoons of sweet paprika 🔹1 teaspoon of garlic powder 🔹1 teaspoon of onion powder 🔹½ teaspoon pepper. 🔹½ teaspoon of salt. 🟢PREPARATION. 1. Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend it, taste and adjust the spices or vinegar if necessary. 📝INGREDIENTS FOR THE PIZZA. 🔹Picada of Heura 🔹Fried tomato 🔹Barbecue sauce 🔹 Oregano 🔹Grated cheese 🟢PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 250⁰. 2. In a frying pan with oil add the chopped heura and fry it for a few minutes, and while we are shaping the pizza. 3. Add the tomato with barbecue sauce, add the chopped heura, grated cheese and spices to taste. 4. We put it in the oven for about 20 minutes and it's ready 👏👏
