BAKED HAKE WITH VEGETABLES 🐟

On the one hand we make the vegetables: preheat the oven to 200ºC. In a baking dish put a little oil, spread well with a brush, put the chopped onion, the chopped tomato and the potato.

Add a little salt, a little ground pepper and the white wine. Put in the oven until the potatoes have absorbed all the wine and can be pricked. Depending on the amount of wine you add, they will take more or less time to cook.

Once the vegetables are done, put as many pieces of aluminum foil in the oven tray as we have hake. Place a piece of hake inside each piece of foil and add a pinch of salt, black pepper, crushed garlic and parsley and a little oil. Close in little packages and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes. Ready!
